Andersson ready for her home race

Liv Racing TeqFind is heading to Scandinavia for the next Women`s World Tour race: the Tour of Scandinavia – Battle of the North.

The first edition in 2022 visited Sweden, Denmark and Norway. This year`s edition the first three days will take place in Norway, followed by two days in Denmark. The organizers put a varied route together with stages for sprinters, puncheurs, a long climb to Norefjell in the second stage and an individual time trial on the second last day.

Liv Racing TeqFind brings Caroline Andersson, Valerie Demey, Marta Jaskulska, Tereza Neumanova, Katia Ragusa and Silke Smulders to the start in Mysen.

For Andersson it is her home race, despite the race isn`t visiting Sweden this year. “It was really amazing to ride the Tour the France Femmes. There were so many fans and publicity. After this race I was really tired, so I had to take some rest to recover. Then I picked up training again and prepared for this race. The Tour of Scandinavia is very important to me, as it is my home race even it is not visiting Sweden. I certainly want to put down some good results here. We will start with a strong team and are really looking forward to show our team colors in the front”, Andersson said.
